Assistant Site Manager - West Crossville, TN
Job Overview:
The Mining Operations- Assistant Site Manager will play a crucial role in CleanSpark's bitcoin mining operation at the West Crossville location. Working within a collaborative team, this position will ensure 24/7 coverage and support for mining centers while assisting the engineering and facilities teams in their endeavors.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee a team of skilled technicians to provide tactical and strategic guidance, aiming for peak performance levels.
- Collaborate with the site manager to foster innovation and continuous improvement, striving for an uptime of 99% or higher.
- Uphold procedures exceeding local Health & Safety standards for bitcoin mining facilities.
- Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI) related to critical facility operations.
- Address workforce and operational concerns by escalating them to leadership.
- Assist in project deployment as needed.
- Fulfill any additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Experience: Preferably 1 year of technical experience in a bitcoin mining facility.
- Specific skills: Strong leadership abilities, effective communication skills, self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and accomplish tasks; basic computer proficiency.
