About The Role
At Immutable, we are shaping the future of player onboarding, discovery, and engagement. The mission is to facilitate the successful launch of games by utilizing next-gen growth and automation tools.
As an Associate GTM Operations Engineer, you will play a crucial role at the intersection of Applied AI, Automation Engineering, Support Operations, and Commercial Strategy. Responsibilities include scaling automation-driven support initiatives, optimizing GTM workflows, and developing tools to empower our Commercial, Growth, and BD teams.
This hands-on position involves diagnosing issues, optimizing processes, creating automations, and collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to enhance customer and internal user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and execute essential processes, tools, and data workflows supporting the commercial team’s core functions.
- Take charge of customer support operations to efficiently scale while upholding a superior user experience.
- Play a significant role in shaping the Go-to-Market strategy for Immutable Audience through automation initiatives.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses, providing actionable insights for GTM strategy, customer onboarding, and support efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on identifying root causes.
- Experience in technical support, RevOps, operations engineering, or workflow automation.
- Ability to convey complex technical details clearly to various audiences.
- Proficient with data handling (e.g., SQL, dashboards) for informed decision-making.
- Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and a penchant for learning complex systems and solving large-scale problems.
Desired Skills
- Experience with AI tools integration and utilization (e.g., LLMs, automation tools like Zapier and others).
- Previous involvement in building support workflows or automations using tools like DevRev, Intercom, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with GTM, RevOps, support operations, or startup environments.
