About the Role
Join our Product team as an Associate Product Manager and be a key contributor to our product management processes. This role is perfect for individuals aspiring to advance into a product leadership position while playing an immediate role in shaping the narrative around digital assets.
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to support roadmap delivery.
- Maintain JIRA boards, documentation, and product specifications, ensuring adherence to team standards.
- Assist in managing agile workflows, facilitating ceremonies such as planning sessions, standups, and retrospectives.
- Track and address reported bugs from employees and customers diligently.
- Engage in QA testing and error validation to uphold product quality standards.
- Analyze and report on product performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
- Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to aid product decisions.
- Communicate progress updates to stakeholders through regular reports and updates.
Growth Responsibilities
- Contribute to product strategy by identifying new opportunities and recommending enhancements.
- Support and lead product launches, including planning and coordination with stakeholders.
- Cultivate relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to align on product objectives.
- Gather feedback and validate product direction through client and prospect calls.
- Lead product demonstrations for employees, customers, and potential clients.
What You'll Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in product management or a related field, with familiarity in agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Strong organizational skills, proficient in analytics tools like Google Analytics, and excellent communication skills.
- Curiosity about digital assets and a keen eagerness to learn.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in crypto, media, fintech, or SaaS environments.
- Exposure to QA testing, bug tracking, or user research.
- Hands-on experience with AI products, particularly in content, analytics, or workflow automation.
- Background working in a distributed global team setup.

Compensation range: $75,000 - $100,000 per year
