[Role: Product Growth Lead]

Clique is seeking an experienced Product Growth Lead to join our team. The role involves collaborating with Business Development, designers, and engineers to construct and implement product roadmaps, with a focus on accelerating the growth of Clique's end-user base. This is a full-time position that is either fully remote or located in Singapore or San Francisco.

[Responsibilities]

  • Oversee product innovation, UX design, and the expansion of Clique's 2C user product, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead the process of user feedback collection, translating insights into significant feature enhancements.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of user growth trends to identify and propose essential features and UX improvements.
  • Clearly define features, author precise product specifications, and collaborate with the development team to ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Administer the product backlog, maintaining focus on the smooth execution of the product roadmap.
  • Formulate foundational product-oriented growth strategies, and methodically orchestrate proper AB testing on a periodic basis.

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Product Management, with a preference for robust experience within web3 and consumer tech products.
  • Thorough awareness of the latest developments, innovations, and best practices within the Crypto and Web3 sectors.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs, paired with an ability to discern and capitalize on opportunities within the crypto industries.
  • Proven track record of shipping and refining successful products at scale.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating a capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams and exert influence and leadership.

  • Demonstrates an interest in on-chain reputation, identities, and attestation infrastructures and applications, reflecting alignment with Clique's core mission.
  • Possesses a foundational understanding of core cryptographic primitives employed by our team, including Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs), Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs), and Multi-Party Computation (MPC).
  • Has prior professional experience within the product or growth departments of high Daily Active Users (DAU) web3 applications, such as exchanges, NFT marketplaces, or questing platforms.
