The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience working with AWS services, Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or Terragrunt, and CI/CD systems. Proficiency in automating tasks, ensuring cloud security, and optimizing infrastructure for uninterrupted operation is key. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product and development teams to establish zero downtime infrastructure. Create secure cloud solutions with elasticity, scalability, and high availability. Requirements:

Experience in utilizing AWS DevOps services. Proficient in AWS core services (Compute, Networking, Storage, Database, Security). Familiarity with Blockchain and crypto projects is advantageous. Hands-on experience with various AWS features such as VPCs, Security Groups, EC2 instances, S3 storage, and more. Adept at implementing Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or Terragrunt. Knowledge of CI/CD systems like Git and TeamCity. Strong coding and scripting abilities in AWS Lambda, Bash, Python, Ruby, PowerShell. Thorough understanding of cloud patterns. Experience with Linux/Windows systems. Expertise in monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting AWS environments using CloudWatch, ELK, and more. Proficiency in container technology, ECS, EKS for orchestration and deployments. Understanding of AWS Well-Architected Framework. Experience with Linux / Windows OS. Well-versed in Jira, Gitlab, and development processes.

Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of experience in DevOps management, particularly with AWS. Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or related field.

The Role

Ethena is renowned as a rapidly growing and innovative financial product utilizing digital asset technology. The Trading Technology team, consisting of 2-3 members, is responsible for the entire trading technology stack, encompassing the strategy, development, and maintenance of Ethena's trading platform that underpins its core products: USDe & sUSDe.

Reporting to the Team Lead, this role entails focusing on top-notch engineering, resilient system design, development velocity, and delivery of best execution capabilities.

What You’ll Do

Contribute to Building an Excellent Trading System: Responsible for designing and implementing a robust trading platform to ensure efficient execution of large trades effectively.

Develop Market Data and Execution Capabilities: Construct high-performance market data pipelines and ensure seamless integration with various trading venues utilizing different protocols.

Drive New Product and Feature Development: Collaborate with quant and trading teams to create and implement new trading strategies and execution logic.

Maintain Software Excellence: Implement modern software development best practices such as TDD, BDD, test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and adhere to SOLID principles.

Role Overview

We are seeking an individual to fill the role of Application Support Analyst (Supervisor/Team Lead) as part of our mission to establish a world-class global support division for our clients and assist in managing their LCAP infrastructure and platforms. Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team during assigned shifts, addressing and resolving incidents and critical issues.

Coordinate with other team leads to ensure effective ticket management, shift transitions, and escalations.

Provide front-line support for Low-Code Application Platform applications and infrastructure.

Act as a liaison between second and third-line support teams, development units, and IT infrastructure departments.

Engage with a diverse client base to deliver status updates, successful solutions, and maintain detailed documentation.

Record issues, manage incidents, and apply problem management processes adhering to ITIL guidelines.

Qualifications

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Proactive approach to problem resolution and willingness to assume additional responsibilities.
