Position Overview
We are looking for skilled professionals to join our development team for a Web3 gaming platform. The ideal candidates will be passionate about blockchain technology and gaming, and possess the expertise to contribute to various aspects of our project. We are hiring for the following roles:
 
1. Frontend Developers
Responsibilities: Design and implement user interfaces for the gaming platform using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js). Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create engaging and intuitive user experiences.
Qualifications: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks. Experience with Web3 technologies is a plus.
2. Backend Developers
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain server-side logic, database management, and API integration. Ensure the platform's performance, security, and scalability.
Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Node.js, databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL), and experience with cloud services. Familiarity with blockchain technology is advantageous.
3. Blockchain Developers
Responsibilities: Design and implement smart contracts, manage blockchain integrations, and ensure the security of decentralized applications. Collaborate with the team to optimize blockchain performance.
Qualifications: Expertise in Solidity, JavaScript, Rust, or Python. Experience with Ethereum and other blockchain platforms is essential.
4. Technical Leader
Responsibilities: Oversee the technical direction of the project, mentor team members, and ensure best practices in development. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical goals with business objectives.
Qualifications: Proven experience in leading development teams, strong problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of blockchain technologies.
5. Project Manager
Responsibilities: Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, ensuring that the project stays on track and within budget.
Qualifications: Strong organizational and leadership skills, experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum), and familiarity with the gaming and blockchain industries.

About The Project:The project is a venture-backed stealth mode project having raised $2 million and building a Social Intelligence Engine designed to power smarter, faster crypto trading. We're combining advanced data infrastructure and real-time intelligence to unlock new trading possibilities. About the Role:We're looking for a tech-savvy, investor-facing leader with an engineering background to represent us on the frontlines. This is not a research role it's about amplifying our voice, building relationships, and being the bridge between our technology and the world. Key Responsibilities:1）Represent us externally at hackathons, pitch events, conferences, and investor meetings.2）Be our lead evangelist clearly explaining our tech vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.3）Drive fundraising efforts with compelling presentations, clear strategy narratives, and investor Q&A.4）Partner closely with engineering/product to demo the platform, shape the roadmap, and turn market feedback into action. Requirements:1）Strong engineering background (AI, blockchain, data infrastructure, or similar).2）Proven experience in investor-facing roles, including fundraising and pitching.3）Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a track record of representing projects publicly.4）Experience participating in or leading hackathons, demos, and tech events.5）Understanding of consumer behavior data in gaming and apps is a plus.6）Familiarity with Web3, crypto, and developer communities. Compensation:Competitive salary + equity + team token + and performance-based incentives.

Fellows will gain hands-on experience in early-stage investing, including deal sourcing, due diligence, and pitching investment opportunities.
This program is ideal for aspiring investors, founders, or professionals exploring a career shift into venture capital. Fellows will work closely with seasoned venture capitalists and gain access to Iron Key’s investor community to learn best practices in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate early-stage investment opportunities in the Web3 ecosystem.
Conduct market research and due diligence on potential investments.
Collaborate with the Iron Key team on deal sourcing and portfolio management.
Engage with investors and team members to develop investment strategies.
Contribute to thought leadership on topics related to venture capital and Web3 innovation.
Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate investment opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with team members and stakeholders.
Experience in Web3, AI, or related technologies is preferred.
Involvement in startups, entrepreneurial ecosystems, or Web3 communities is a plus.
Aspiring to transition into venture capital or professionalize angel investing skills.
