Responsibilities
- Regularly communicate with key stakeholders to align on goals and deadlines
- Collaborate with various internal teams to develop and optimize operational processes
- Assist in implementing and maintaining business operations activities and documentation
- Utilize insights from Turkish user data to enhance team strategies
- Create and analyze datasets and dashboards to identify growth opportunities
- Design and execute growth and marketing strategies to engage users and increase trading volume
- Provide support for affiliate activities, including drafting content and resolving issues
- Monitor data and communities to identify and address operational issues promptly
- Coordinate daily trading activities and resolve any arising issues with stakeholders
- Manage affiliate onboarding, payments, performance tracking, and user support
- Compile regular feedback from affiliates and users for product improvement
Qualifications

- Ideally, experience in the Turkish crypto exchange business operations
