About Binance Accelerator Program The Binance Accelerator Program is a compact program targeted at early career professionals seeking a transformative experience within the evolving Web3 space. Participants will gain valuable insights into the operations of Binance, a key player in the blockchain domain, with a primary focus on networking, skill development, and career advancement. The program offers a comprehensive experience aimed at enriching the participants' professional network and enabling them to acquire transferable skills for accelerated career growth.

Eligibility Applicants should currently be university students or recent graduates.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining AI-related components, including model serving and inference modules.

2. Engage in evaluation tasks related to large language models (LLMs), including benchmark creation and performance analysis.

3. Contribute to enhancing system performance, stability, and reliability by optimizing engineering aspects like inference efficiency and resource utilization.

4. Collaborate on the design and implementation of AI solutions for diverse business scenarios.

5. Work closely with product, algorithm, and engineering teams to integrate and optimize AI capabilities in real-world business contexts.

Requirements

Basic Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
• Proficient in Python with foundational coding skills.
• Available for at least 3 days a week for an internship of 6 months or more.

Technical Skills (Core Requirements)

• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with backend development.
• Proficiency in at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• Understanding of large language models (LLMs) such as Transformer architecture is essential.

Bonus Skills (Strongly Preferred)

• Exposure to Prompt Engineering, RAG, or Agent technology.
• Experience in model evaluation and benchmarking.
• Knowledge of frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools is advantageous.
• Prior project involvement in dialogue systems or intelligent agents is a plus.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and basic debugging.
• Understanding of Docker/Kubernetes/distributed systems.
• Proficiency in performance optimization metrics like latency, throughput, and resource utilization.
