Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the engineering team to develop and improve core company products, acquiring hands-on experience in constructing scalable backend systems.
- Assume responsibility for designing and implementing clear, well-structured interface documentation for business modules to facilitate seamless inter-team communication.
- Apply problem-solving expertise to address intricate technical issues identified by the QA team, directly contributing to product quality and dependability.
- Collaborate with the Customer Support team to investigate and resolve customer-reported challenges, offering valuable insights for system enhancements and user experience enrichment.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Possess a strong foundation in Java, including knowledge of basic frameworks like multithreading and networking.
- Familiarity with Spring, Microservice framework, and understanding of their operational mechanisms.
- Knowledge of MySQL database and common middleware solutions such as Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
- Display strong logical thinking skills, a collaborative mindset, and a keen aptitude for learning.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin languages is crucial for coordination with international partners and stakeholders.
- Experience with open source projects is advantageous.
