About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program is a structured temporary initiative tailored for Early Career Talent looking to immerse themselves in the rapidly expanding Web3 field. Participants will gain insights into the inner workings of Binance, the leading blockchain ecosystem globally. Besides daily responsibilities, the program includes a focus on networking and skill development to expand professional connections and acquire transferrable skills crucial for career advancement.

Eligibility

The program is open to current university students and recent graduates who can dedicate five days a week to the program.

Role Overview

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals enthusiastic about React, TypeScript, and constructing user-friendly web applications. The position entails hands-on involvement with contemporary frontend technologies, collaboration with fellow designers and developers, and active contribution to live projects.

Responsibilities

• Aid in constructing and sustaining scalable frontend components
• Develop libraries and frameworks supporting complex web applications, facilitating development efficiency and code quality enhancement
• Engage in responsive and pixel-perfect UI development utilizing TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to translate design mockups into functional user interfaces
• Debug UI issues, ensuring clean, maintainable code implementation
• Stay updated on the latest frontend technologies and industry best practices
• Work remotely while maintaining effective communication with the team

Requirements

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Demonstrated proficiency in web development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
• Familiarity with state management patterns such as Redux, Zustand, or similar libraries
• Proficient understanding of RESTful APIs and frontend-backend system integration
• Skilled in using Git for version control
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen interest in learning emerging technologies
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Vue.js is advantageous
• Hands-on experience with Web Performance Optimization techniques for improved performance and scalability
• Familiarity with Testing tools like Jest, Cypress, or Playwright
