Responsibilities
- Support the Futures Business team by managing daily operations, assisting VIP account managers in promptly attending to client needs, and ensuring timely resolution of all queries.
- Handle routine client requests, including issue resolution, progress tracking, and feedback collection to maintain excellent client relations.
- Organize and maintain business-related support materials while consistently updating relevant documentation.
- Facilitate communication between technical and product teams to aid account managers in addressing client issues, such as system operations and data retrieval.
- Monitor client requests, document issues and solutions, and enhance overall business support efficiency.
Requirements
- Passion and Proactiveness: Exhibit a keen interest in cryptocurrency trading and business operations, coupled with a proactive work ethic.
- Strong Sense of Responsibility: Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of effectively managing client business needs.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in facilitating smooth client-team communication.
- Quick Learner: Demonstrate interest in Futures Business practices and technical knowledge, with the ability to quickly grasp and assist with relevant tasks.
- English Proficiency and a second language is desirable for handling multilingual communication tasks.
- Preferred Qualifications: Basic data sensitivity, capable of identifying data issues and providing initial feedback. Knowledge of API integration and trading system operations is a bonus.
