About Binance Accelerator Program

• The Binance Accelerator Program is a structured program aimed at Early Career Talent to provide a comprehensive experience within the rapidly expanding Web3 sector. Participants will gain insights into the operations of Binance, a leading blockchain ecosystem, along with networking opportunities and skill development crucial for career advancement.

Eligibility

• This program is open to current university students and recent graduates with submissions only accepted in English.

Job Responsibilities:

• Working within the Design team, create and deliver artwork and advertising materials that are aligned with Binance's global branding strategy for various products and regional markets.

• Collaborate with the internal design team to maintain consistent brand identity across all creative outputs.

• Actively identify new design trends and contribute to constructive design discussions within the organization.

• Develop ideas for brand-focused campaigns.

Requirements:

• Preferably holding a major in Graphic Design or a related design field.

• Solid understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, and other fundamental graphic design principles.

• Effective communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts clearly while collaborating across different departments.

• Bonus points for familiarity with Binance, cryptocurrency, and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with knowledge of Figma being an advantage.

• Must be fluent in English, additional language skills are beneficial.
