Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Blockchain Developer, you will:
Design, develop, and implement secure blockchain systems to support innovative decentralized solutions.
Contribute to the development of private and public blockchain networks, including smart contracts, tokenization, and ledger management.
Collaborate with engineering teams across multiple projects to iterate and improve blockchain functionality.
Build and maintain backend services that scale efficiently to support decentralized applications (DApps) and blockchain-based platforms.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring the highest standards of blockchain security, accuracy, and performance.
Stay up to date with blockchain trends and technologies to enhance the architecture and features of projects.
Work closely with startups to ensure blockchain implementations meet business objectives and deliver verifiable trust in decentralized systems.
 
Key Requirements
3+ years of dedicated blockchain development experience, including expertise with Ethereum, Solana, and smart contract frameworks.
5+ years of experience building scalable backend services in languages such as Golang, Rust, Java, TypeScript, or Python.
Proven track record of delivering secure, high-performance blockchain solutions.
Strong understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms, tokenization, and decentralized architecture.
 
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with private blockchain networks like Hyperledger, CordaR3, or DAML.
Knowledge of interoperability solutions between different blockchain networks.
Familiarity with zero-knowledge proofs and their applications.
Experience building decentralized applications (DApps).
Previous experience with Blockchain-as-a-Service platforms.

Duties/Responsibilities

Education and Experience

Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the crypto regulatory landscape.
Proven experience with risk management tools and financial modeling.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to communicate complex risks and strategies in a clear, actionable way.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the crypto industry is a plus.
