Responsibilities

• Aid in creating and managing content for blogs, announcements, and educational materials
• Support internal communications initiatives, especially relating to lifecycle marketing campaigns
• Assist in optimizing and overseeing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta
• Contribute to community growth efforts
• Support marketing campaign executions
• Engage in growth experiments, analyzing performance metrics as needed
• Work closely with the marketing team on recurring tasks and campaign executions

Requirements

• Interest in crypto/blockchain, with prior exposure to Web3 or tech marketing being advantageous; basic familiarity with crypto platforms is essential
• Understanding of managing paid ads on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a willingness to delve deeper
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Strong multitasking abilities with careful attention to detail
• Proficiency in both English and Croatian or Slovenian to effectively communicate with international partners
• Self-driven, eager to learn, and a collaborative team player
