About Binance Accelerator Program: Binance Accelerator Program is a structured short-term initiative tailored for Early Career Talent, providing them with a comprehensive exposure to the rapidly evolving Web3 sector. Participants will gain firsthand experience of the operations within Binance, a trailblazer in the blockchain ecosystem. The program not only offers insight into the inner workings of the industry but also prioritizes networking and skill development, enhancing participants' professional connections and equipping them with transferable skills crucial for career advancement.

Eligibility: This program is open to current university students and recent graduates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and analyze marketing campaigns globally, encompassing Growth, Retention, and Branding activities.
  • Calculate and review pre-campaign ROI projections to aid in campaign planning and budget allocation.
  • Assist in post-campaign ROI assessments to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and their financial implications.
  • Aid in the preparation and synthesis of finance-related reports and dashboards concerning marketing activities.
  • Work collaboratively with regional marketing and finance teams to collect data and ensure the accuracy of campaign metrics.
  • Contribute to identifying trends, insights, and avenues for enhancing marketing expenditures.
  • Offer support for various finance and marketing projects as required, in an ad-hoc capacity.

Requirements

  • Currently studying or holding a degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Possess strong analytical competencies to work with data and conduct financial calculations efficiently.
  • Basic grasp of marketing principles, financial modeling, business cases, and Return on Investment (ROI) computation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools are advantageous skills.
  • Detail-oriented approach, coupled with robust organizational and time management proficiencies.
  • Effective communication abilities and adeptness in cross-functional team collaboration across diverse regions.
  • Self-driven, proactive attitude, and a keenness for learning in a dynamic work environment.
  • Prior engagement in internships or relevant coursework related to marketing finance or campaign analysis is advantageous, though not mandatory.
