The Binance Accelerator Program caters to Early Career Talent, providing a comprehensive short-term initiative for individuals interested in gaining insights into the thriving Web3 sector. Participants will immerse themselves in the workings of Binance, expanding their professional networks and refining transferable skills crucial for personal and career growth.

Who We are Looking For

Responsibilities

• Oversee Identity and Access Management functions for backend operating systems on the IAM platform.
• Support Privileged Access Management (PAM) activities.
• Enhance the functionality of the IAM AIbot.
• Manage IAM tools, offering support in various key areas such as account management, data protection, risk analysis, and access control.
• Assist in STAP Monitoring and alert reviews for system health checks.
• Analyze system functionality effectiveness, proposing enhancements based on organizational requirements.
• Proactively identify and resolve complex system issues by linking events across multiple systems.
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks under minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Hold a Diploma/Degree in an IT/Computing-related field.
• Possess direct experience in Identity and Access Management, with a solid grasp of related principles.
• Familiarity with security protocols, best practices, and access control technologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Understanding of AI workflows, LLMs, Vector database, and familiarity with technologies like Elastic search and RAG technique.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, and software engineering concepts like AWS, PostgreSQL, Docker; web development skills are advantageous.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin to facilitate collaboration with global partners and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt to changes.
