About the Binance Accelerator Program:

The Binance Accelerator Program is a short-term program specifically designed for early-career individuals who want to immerse themselves in the rapidly expanding Web3 field. This program will give you a firsthand experience of life at Binance and provide insights into the workings of the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. In addition to your main responsibilities, there will be networking and development activities that will expand your professional connections and enhance your transferable skills for future career advancement.

This opportunity is open to current university students and recent graduates.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for our most valued customers and institutions, assisting them with various Binance products.
• Deliver dedicated and prompt support to institutional and VIP customers across different communication channels.
• Offer comprehensive assistance to VIP customers in integrating and utilizing Binance's system, including API usage.
• Provide first-line support for account and system-related issues.
• Serve as the liaison between VIP customers and internal teams, such as account management, finance, risk, and product development.
• Gather customer feedback and manage projects to implement requested changes to our products.
• Keep customers updated on system and product changes in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in client-facing roles, particularly dealing with high-priority clients in real-time environments.
• Familiarity with trading platforms or exchanges, including knowledge of trading orders.
• Proficiency in using APIs to communicate with a trading platform.
• Hands-on experience with API trading is highly advantageous.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency fundamentals, such as blockchain transactions, is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of derivative and other trading products, such as futures, is highly desirable.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, especially when working under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective cross-departmental communication.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation, as required by the business.
