About Binance Accelerator Program

The Binance Accelerator Program is a structured program designed for Early Career Talent to gain valuable exposure to the rapidly evolving Web3 industry. Participants will get a firsthand experience of the inner workings of Binance, the leading blockchain ecosystem globally. In addition to on-the-job learning, the program places emphasis on networking and skill development, which aim to broaden professional connections and enhance transferable skills critical for advancing in one's career.

Eligibility Criteria

Current university students and recent graduates may apply for the program.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engage in UI/UX design for internal innovation projects, encompassing tasks such as user research, interaction design, visual design, logo creation, and icon development.

2. Collaborate with senior designers to comprehend product objectives and generate user-centric design solutions.

3. Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless integration of design concepts.

4. Contribute to user research initiatives and drive product enhancement through feedback and iterative processes.

5. Stay updated on design trends and explore novel AI-powered design methodologies.

6. Utilize AI design tools like Figma Make, CodeX, and Google Stitch to enhance design efficiency.

Qualifications

1. An undergraduate or higher degree in Design, HCI, Digital Media, or related fields is preferred.

2. Sound knowledge of UI/UX design principles and workflows.

3. Strong interest in automotive, technology, and AI-related products.

4. Proficiency in Figma and other standard design tools.

5. Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a thirst for learning.

6. Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools is advantageous.
