What you’ll do
As a Performance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our blockchain infrastructure platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for delivering reliable and highly performant blockchain services. The ideal candidate for this role has strong experience in load testing, distributed environments, and optimizing HTTP requests.

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience: Proven experience in performance engineering, capacity planning, and performance optimization in a large-scale production environment. (Min 3 years of experience)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in monitoring tools, scripting languages, and performance testing tools
- Scripting languages such Python, JavaScript, or Typescript (Min 5 years of programming experience)
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6, or similar) ( Min 3 years)
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
- A strong background in system performance tuning and optimization techniques. Familiarity with Performance methods like USE or RED is valuable
- Experience with Application Performance Management (APM) tools such as Datadog or Dynatrace
- Familiarity with container platforms like Kubernetes
- A strong grasp of statistical concepts and metrics granularity
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify performance bottlenecks and devise solutions
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and share insights
- General familiarity/knowledge of Ethereum

Join one of our fast-growing portfolio startups and help build simple AI features. You’ll work with large language models, create basic automations and chat tools, test ideas, fix small bugs, and integrate AI into everyday products.

Basic Python knowledge

Join one of our high-conviction AI-native portfolio companies and build autonomous AI agents from the ground up. You’ll design agent architectures, implement tool-calling & memory systems, connect them to browsers/shell/APIs, run long-horizon tasks, and ship features that make the product feel alive and truly useful.
Skills & Requirements:
2–5 years building LLM-powered agents (LangGraph, CrewAI, ReAct, custom frameworks)
Strong Python skills + experience with tool calling, RAG, vector stores and evaluation
Bonus: familiarity with browser automation, self-hosted models or decentralized compute
Fast executor who loves shipping in ambiguity
Passion for agents that actually do real work (not just chat)

Help the team find and evaluate early-stage startups. Search for promising projects, do quick market checks, prepare short summaries, track portfolio companies, and assist with basic due diligence.

4–6+ years of hands-on experience in high-growth startups (previous Head of Operations, Chief of Staff, or founding team member strongly preferred)

Skills & Requirements:
2–4 years in venture capital, startup operations, or technical role (engineering/product background strongly preferred)
Deep understanding of AI models, blockchain infrastructure, open-source ecosystems, and compute markets
Proven ability to build founder networks and spot asymmetric opportunities early
Exceptional analytical skills, written/verbal communication, and comfort with high-uncertainty decisions

$150,000 – $220,000 USD base + meaningful carry + equity upside + full benefits
