About the Role
As a key contributor, you will be instrumental in laying the organizational groundwork through technical implementations. Your role involves employing a pragmatic and analytical approach to introduce, define, and implement new features with a focus on high-quality code.
Responsibilities
- Develop backend services that interface with contracts across multiple chains
- Collaborate closely with the Smart Contracts team to enhance our existing contracts and utilization methods
- Assist in preparing backend services deployments in collaboration with the internal team
- Research and integrate various DeFi protocols
- Share and implement ideas for enhancing services, processes, and products
- Craft comprehensive documentation for internal understanding and external reference
Requirements
- Extensive experience in backend engineering
- Proficiency in Node.js and Typescript
- Knowledge of Ethereum, its JSON RPC, and EVM
- Strong emphasis on security-centric development practices
- Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git
Nice to Have
- Understanding of the impact of your code on products and users
- Ability to code in Solidity for smart contracts
- Interest or experience in Rust programming
