Requirements:
Over 10 years of experience in creative leadership roles, with a track record of successfully leading multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in shaping and evolving a brand's voice across various platforms.
Demonstrable portfolio showcasing creative excellence and significant impact in past work.
Ability to generate ideas that effectively address project briefs.
Skilled at simplifying complex problems to arrive at clear, simple solutions.
Willingness to be hands-on and supportive as a leader, regardless of the task.
Comfortable managing multiple projects within tight timelines.
Collaborative, resourceful, and capable of both leading and executing tasks as required.
In-depth knowledge of products, competitive landscape, and familiarity with crypto culture, language, and target audience across digital touchpoints.
