We are currently looking for a seasoned Head of Customer Success to lead our customer success team within the BUILD technical program. This role is essential for ensuring the success of web3 startups by utilizing in-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, strong relationship management skills, and proactive issue resolution. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in web3, experience in the crypto industry, and the ability to work collaboratively to meet program goals.

Objectives of this Role

  • Develop and implement tiering systems for existing and new projects in the BUILD program.
  • Strategically position startups for success in the decentralized environment.
  • Plan resources comprehensively for BUILD technical program objectives and growth plans.
  • Define and align OKRs with internal teams for the 2024 BUILD program.
  • Establish measurable goals to drive program success.
  • Create a success strategy for the program, including offboarding processes and building an alumni network.
  • Maintain strong relationships with successful startups post-engagement.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (Cantonese is a bonus).
  • Profound understanding of traditional financial markets, financial products, and their integration with blockchain technology.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities to navigate partnership development challenges.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for managing complex collaborations.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving industry and stay informed about trends and regulatory changes.
  • Proficiency in working cross-functionally to ensure partnership growth and relationship management.
  • Track record in creating and executing strategic account plans with a focus on driving growth.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive network within financial institutions and experience influencing strategic planning.
  • Background in digital assets or leading financial services providers.
  • Innovative mindset with a history of implementing creative solutions in partner relationships.
