Business Analyst (Congo-Remote)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to optimize data and create visualizations using Mixpanel. The ideal candidate will have experience in an analytics role, particularly within the SaaS or Fintech industry, and will possess a strong knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, Python/R, MS Excel, and Data Infrastructure. Additionally, proficiency with web analytics tools like Mixpanel and Google Analytics is required.

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst will include utilizing data expertise to gain insights into customer behavior, designing experiments and evaluating their impact, conducting user experience testing, and building dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across various areas such as content, marketing, sales, revenue, and management. The candidate will also be responsible for performing exploratory analysis, understanding user behavior, and identifying opportunities for product enhancements and performance improvements.

The successful candidate for this role will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information. Furthermore, they should be a creative and strategic thinker, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. A self-starter mentality and strong work ethic are also necessary.

Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Science, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in an analytics role. The candidate should also demonstrate a "get-stuff-done" attitude and be willing to dive into the complexities of the job.
