Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Developer with a strong background in the gaming industry to drive partnerships with major gaming brands and related agencies. The ideal candidate will promote XBorg's platform to gaming companies seeking to enhance player engagement through gamified loyalty programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement partnership strategies targeting gaming and entertainment brands.
  • Cultivate relationships with marketing agencies specializing in gaming to integrate XBorg into their client offerings.
  • Collaborate with gaming brands to create tailored solutions that enrich player ecosystems.
  • Represent XBorg at various gaming industry events and engagements.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 4+ years of experience working with gaming brands, publishers, or gaming-focused marketing agencies.
  • Established network with key decision-makers in gaming companies and marketing agencies.
  • In-depth knowledge of the gaming industry ecosystem, including publishers, developers, platforms, and player communities.
  • Proven track record of securing B2B partnerships or technology integrations with gaming brands.
  • Understanding of gaming business models, player engagement lifecycle, and monetization strategies.
  • Preferably, prior experience working in gaming or esports capacities within marketing agencies.
  • Proficiency in discussing gaming trends, player demographics, and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent presentation skills for engaging with senior gaming executives and agency leaders.
  • Familiarity with web3 gaming and blockchain technologies is advantageous.
