About Decentraland

Decentraland is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join its fully remote team. This virtual social world, built on the Ethereum blockchain, is governed and owned by its users, with a decentralized autonomous organization, marketplace, and more. As the metaverse expands rapidly, creators continuously contribute new experiences and content using developer tools. Users interact through their avatars, participating in live events, exhibitions, and more in this dynamic virtual space.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive Product Manager to drive the development of our web dApps like the Marketplace, Events, Builder, and Account features. You will work closely with business stakeholders to define and prioritize product roadmaps that align with our vision. Your responsibilities will include translating business needs into clear requirements, leading design sessions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and working on go-to-market strategies to ensure successful feature launches.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product roadmaps.
• Serve as a product expert to ensure clear vision and execution.
• Translate business requirements into structured specifications.
• Lead discovery, design, and UAT sessions to deliver value to users and the business.
• Work with other PMs to align priorities across different dApps.
• Utilize data insights to drive informed decision-making.
• Partner with Engineering to develop feasible solutions and achieve milestones.
• Plan and execute go-to-market strategies in coordination with Marketing and Community teams.
• Engage with the creator and player communities to incorporate user feedback into product decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in tech, gaming, or e-commerce.
• Track record of managing product roadmaps and delivering impactful features.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
• Experience in end-to-end Project Management with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of technology and data fundamentals.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, or creator platforms.
• Exposure to Web3 concepts such as wallets, blockchain, and NFTs.
• Background in UX research or design.
• Fluency in Spanish for collaboration.
• Passion for gaming, social apps, or virtual communities.
