Overview:
We are looking for a smart and ambitious individual to join our Business Development team. This position reports to our Head of Growth and offers the autonomy to lead projects in the evolving crypto ecosystem. The role involves driving protocol outcomes, product adoption, and enhancing customer experiences. The successful candidate will develop and execute partnership strategies to achieve business objectives. If you excel in fast-paced environments, have a passion for the crypto industry, and are eager to push boundaries, we welcome your application.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and create new business opportunities through various channels like cold outreach, networking events, social media, and partnerships.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide insights that support business strategies.
Customer Outreach: Introduce products and services to potential clients, explain the value proposition, and address their needs and challenges.
Relationship Building: Engage with potential clients, introduce the liquid staking protocol, understand their requirements, and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
Collaboration: Align efforts with the sales and marketing teams, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team by scheduling meetings, creating presentations, and aiding in sales strategy development.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools, and provide regular progress and performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing targets
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience in a similar role or a strong enthusiasm for the crypto industry is preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex ideas clearly
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM tools and other sales technologies
- Passion for the crypto space and a dedication to industry growth
