We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager with a strong interest in the Web3 gaming industry for Seedworld. The ideal candidate will drive growth through forming partnerships, securing strategic alliances, and expanding our footprint within the blockchain gaming sphere. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders is essential to shape the company's growth strategy and achieve business goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
Identify, assess, and establish strategic partnerships with gaming studios, blockchain platforms, NFT marketplaces, and other entities in the Web3 ecosystem.
Develop connections with crypto communities, influencers, and investors to enhance the company's visibility and product promotion.
Create and execute a comprehensive business development strategy and processes aligning with the company's objectives and expansion targets.
Recognize market opportunities and spearhead initiatives to introduce innovative products or services in the Web3 gaming sector.
Boost revenue growth by seizing and securing new business prospects, including partnerships and collaborations with blockchain networks, gaming platforms, and NFT projects.
Conduct thorough market analysis to keep abreast of current Web3 gaming trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.
Offer data-driven insights to the leadership team to influence product development and marketing strategies.
Represent the company at Web3 and gaming conferences, networking events, and industry forums to enhance brand awareness and forge potential partnerships.
Foster solid relationships with blockchain developers, game publishers, and Web3 investors.
Lead negotiations for partnership agreements covering legal, technical, and financial considerations.
Manage contractual agreements, ensuring mutual benefits for both the company and its partners.
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations departments to ensure business development efforts align with company objectives.
Provide strategic advice during new product and feature development to ensure they meet market requirements.
Sustain strong relationships with existing partners and clients, ensuring their satisfaction and ongoing commitment.
Act as the primary contact for partners and clients, resolving any arising issues effectively.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of business development experience, preferably in the gaming and Web3 Games sectors.
Demonstrated expertise in the Web3 or blockchain ecosystem (DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, crypto gaming, etc.).
Solid comprehension of blockchain technology, NFTs, tokenomics, and decentralized platforms.
Previous experience collaborating with gaming studios, blockchain platforms, or NFT projects is highly advantageous.
Proven track record in securing high-value partnerships and propelling revenue growth.
Familiarity with Web3-centric business models like Play-to-Earn (P2E), GameFi, and NFT-based economies.
