Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end business projects, overseeing requirement analysis, solution design, and project implementation to meet client trading needs efficiently and according to high standards.
- Lead independently and collaborate with product development and technical teams to create and execute project plans that align with Binance’s quality standards and address regional market requirements.
- Gain deep insights into client trading needs and market trends to identify growth opportunities, propose product enhancements and innovative solutions, and ensure continuous improvement and competitiveness of Binance’s products.
- Act as the project's business owner, facilitate cross-departmental coordination to ensure smooth collaboration and successful product feature implementation, specifically in areas such as low-latency, algorithmic, and high-frequency trading innovation.
- Analyze usage data and user behavior to provide data-driven reports supporting product enhancements, work closely with the technical team to resolve client issues related to trading system stability, order execution, and data access, ensuring an enhanced client experience.
