Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end business projects, overseeing requirement analysis, solution design, and project implementation to meet client trading needs efficiently and according to high standards.
• Lead independently and collaborate with product development and technical teams to create and execute project plans that align with Binance’s quality standards and address regional market requirements.
• Gain deep insights into client trading needs and market trends to identify growth opportunities, propose product enhancements and innovative solutions, and ensure continuous improvement and competitiveness of Binance’s products.
• Act as the project's business owner, facilitate cross-departmental coordination to ensure smooth collaboration and successful product feature implementation, specifically in areas such as low-latency, algorithmic, and high-frequency trading innovation.
• Analyze usage data and user behavior to provide data-driven reports supporting product enhancements, work closely with the technical team to resolve client issues related to trading system stability, order execution, and data access, ensuring an enhanced client experience.

Requirements:

• Business/Product Owner Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects with financial and system requirements, leading cross-departmental collaborations to achieve project objectives effectively.
• Passion and Proactivity: Strong interest in cryptocurrency and trading markets with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
• Strong Sense of Responsibility: Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of delivering high-quality work under pressure.
• Technical Expertise: Profound understanding of cryptocurrency exchange technical architecture, market microstructure, order matching engines, low-latency trading, and API integration.
• Data Analysis and Strategic Thinking: Proficiency in data-driven business analysis to derive insights supporting product strategies and improvement.
• Industry Insight: Stay updated on industry trends in blockchain, DeFi, CeFi, and crypto market structure, applying insights to projects and product strategies.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Mandarin highly preferred for effective coordination with various stakeholders globally.
