A rapidly growing, technology-driven platform specializing in cross-border eCommerce logistics is seeking to enhance its commercial team. The company collaborates with global marketplaces and prominent strategic investors, offering a consolidated system that empowers sellers to oversee international warehousing, forward fulfillment, and returns processing through a unified interface.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a proactive business development strategy to identify, assess, and convert target cross-border eCommerce clients.
- Utilize a combination of inbound leads and self-sourced outreach (such as industry events, communities, partnerships, referrals) to maintain a steady pipeline.
- Initiate consultative discussions with senior stakeholders (including founders, operations experts, supply chain leaders) to gain insight into existing fulfillment and returns workflows.
- Craft solution proposals addressing forward fulfillment, multi-site warehousing, inventory management, and returns processing, emphasizing clear value propositions and ROI analysis.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to define requirements (e.g., system integrations, operational limitations) and assist in implementation planning.
- Oversee the entire sales process—from initial outreach to commercial negotiation, contract finalization, and seamless onboarding.
- Manage relationships with key accounts post-contract, ensuring successful launches, continuous performance evaluation, and achievement of annual revenue targets.
Requirements:

- Proven capability to independently generate leads through outbound tactics (such as events, partnerships, communities, targeted prospecting) in addition to leveraging inbound leads.
- Excellent commercial communication skills, including structuring proposals, quantifying business impact, and effectively addressing objections.

- Self-motivated, resilient, and performance-focused with a strong commitment to meeting targets and maintaining accurate forecasting practices.
