Business Development Manager, VIP Partnerships

We are looking for a Partnerships Business Development Manager to drive growth by fostering and maintaining relationships with key Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers. This position will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in high-impact segments through strategic partnerships and tailored innovative solutions to meet the unique needs of high-value customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include establishing strong relationships with top Affiliates and Brokers, identifying potential VIP clients, and customizing solutions to meet their specific requirements. Each partnership you cultivate, from launching creative affiliate campaigns to developing personalized programs for brokers, will significantly contribute to reinforcing our market presence.
Creativity is key in this role as you collaborate with internal teams to develop new products and incentives for VIP clients. With the support of a top-tier team, you will have the freedom to experiment, explore new strategies, and make a lasting impact on the future of crypto partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new partnerships with media and Affiliates (e.g., KOLs, influencers, local crypto leaders) to attract new depositors and traders.
- Develop new partnerships with Brokers and enhance the broker program, as well as manage and grow existing broker relationships.
- Reach out to VIP clients and maintain relationships with current KOLs, ensuring performance improvement.
- Provide prompt and reliable customer service to Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs, liaising with internal teams proactively and offering improvement suggestions to management.
- Stay updated on social media and industry trends, attending conferences, engaging with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs to promote products and services.
- Engage in community activities and crypto gatherings to expand the company's institutional reach.
- Research market and competitor trends in the crypto space.
- Draft and finalize client or partnership agreements.
- Maintain regular communication with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, gather feedback, and suggest product enhancements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in local Crypto or Blockchain markets, with a network of clients in the Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers space.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital assets, cryptocurrencies, web3, or blockchain.
- At least 2 years of experience in selling financial products.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales Position.
- Proven track record of building and monetizing client or partner relationships through driving business results and drafting agreements.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with proficiency in professional writing and presentations.
