Business Development Manager, VIP Partnerships
About the role:
We are looking for a Partnerships Business Development Manager to play a significant role in driving growth by fostering relationships with key Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers. This position will be pivotal in broadening our presence within these high-impact segments, ensuring sustained success through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions customized to meet the needs of valuable customers.

Working in the dynamic and rapidly growing crypto industry, you will have the flexibility to cultivate your network, creating impactful partnerships that add value to both the organization and your clients.
The core focus of this role will involve establishing strategic partnerships with top Affiliates and Brokers, identifying high-potential VIP clients, and tailoring solutions to address their unique requirements. From launching inventive affiliate campaigns to developing personalized programs for brokers, each agreement you secure will be instrumental in reinforcing our position in the market.
Your role will require creativity, whether it's developing fresh incentives for VIP clients or collaborating with internal teams to innovate new products for your partners. With the guidance of a top-notch team, you will have the opportunity to take calculated risks, explore new strategies, and contribute significantly to shaping the landscape of crypto partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new partnerships with media and Affiliates (e.g., KOLs, influencers, and other local crypto leaders) to attract first-time depositors and traders.
- Identify and establish new partnerships with Brokers and elevate the broker program, while also nurturing existing broker relationships.
- Identify and engage with VIP clients.
- Manage existing KOL relationships and monitor performance.
- Provide prompt and reliable customer service and issue resolution to Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs, collaborating with internal teams for solutions and suggesting enhancements to the management.
- Stay updated on current social media trends, e.g., YouTube, TikTok, and trends within the Blockchain influencer community.
- Represent the organization at conferences engaging with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs to raise product and service awareness.
- Engage in community outreach activities, attend crypto community events and meetings to expand the institutional footprint.
- Research market and competitor trends in the crypto space.
- Draft and finalize client or partnership agreements.
- Maintain regular communication with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, collect feedback, and propose product enhancements.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Crypto or Blockchain in the local markets with knowledge of influential figures in the local ecosystem.
- Established network/clients within the Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers space.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3/blockchain sector.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling financial products.
- Candidates with substantial experience will be considered for Senior Institutional Sales positions.
- Demonstrated track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing client or partner relationships to yield business results, drafting agreements, and other relevant documentations.
- Proficiency in professional written and oral English with the ability to provide writing and presentation samples.
