Description

The role in the institutional sales team offers a unique opportunity to develop and manage institutional and high-net-worth client portfolios. You will be integral in guiding clients through their initial exposure to crypto assets, as well as tailoring innovative crypto products to individual client needs. Collaborating closely with stakeholders such as sales traders, account managers, and sales managers, you will contribute to the expansion and enhancement of our operational infrastructure.

Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Partnerships Business Development Manager to spearhead growth by fostering relationships with key Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers. This position is vital in expanding our presence within these impactful segments and securing lasting success through strategic partnerships and custom solutions tailored to high-value customers' requirements.

This role empowers you to drive our expansion into lucrative segments - Affiliates, VIPs, and Brokers. Within the dynamic crypto landscape, you will have the autonomy to cultivate your network, establishing valuable partnerships that benefit both the organization and your clients.

As a strategic liaison with top Affiliates and Brokers, you will identify potential VIP clients and create personalized solutions to meet their unique demands. Every partnership you secure will contribute significantly to solidifying our market position by executing innovative affiliate campaigns, developing bespoke programs for brokers, and shaping novel products through collaboration with internal teams.

Your ingenuity will be foundational to this role, whether devising new incentives for VIP clients or collaborating with teams to innovate and co-create revolutionary products for partners. Supported by a top-tier team, you will have the opportunity to experiment, introduce fresh strategies, and make a lasting impact on the direction of crypto partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with media, Affiliates, such as KOLs and influencers, to attract new depositors and trades.
  • Establish new partnerships with Brokers while optimizing our existing broker program, and nurture relationships with current brokers.
  • Locate and engage VIP clients through targeted outreach.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing KOLs, striving for optimal performance.
  • Provide prompt, reliable, and exceptional customer service to Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs, proactively liaising with internal teams to address issues and suggesting improvements to management.
  • Stay abreast of social media trends, particularly on platforms like YouTube and TikTok, and within the Blockchain influencer community.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, engaging with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs to raise awareness of our offerings.
  • Engage in community outreach activities like attending crypto gatherings and meetings to expand and strengthen our institutional presence.
  • Monitor market and competitor trends in the crypto space.
  • Prepare and finalize client/partnership agreements.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, gathering feedback and proposing product enhancements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Crypto or Blockchain industries within local markets, with an established network and knowledge of influential figures.
  • Strong client network among Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers.
  • Minimum 1 year in digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3/blockchain fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience selling financial products.
  • Candidates with enhanced experience will be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales Role.
  • Proven track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing client/partner relationships to drive business results.
  • Excellent command of professional written and verbal English.

Salary Range

€80,000 - €100,000 per year

Monitor and analyze on-chain activity, market volatility, and ecosystem health to identify emerging threats.
Work closely with treasury, quant, and governance teams to ensure risk-adjusted strategies.
Establish and document risk policies and mitigation plans (both operational and token-economic).
Contribute to internal audits, compliance with applicable jurisdictions, and protocol transparency.
Engage with community and DAO contributors to maintain open risk communication
 
You’re a Great Fit If You
Have 3–5+ years in risk management, quantitative finance, or DeFi / crypto projects.
Know your way around DeFi protocols, liquidity pools, staking, on-chain analytics tools (Dune, Nansen, Arkham, etc.).
Understand tokenomics, smart contract audit principles, and treasury diversification strategies.
Feel at home reading Etherscan, analyzing TVL, and tracking wallet flows.
Communicate clearly, document well, and think both strategically and hands-on.
(Bonus) Have contributed to DAOs or Web3 protocols before — or maybe you’ve been a degen with a spreadsheet.
