SCOPE OF THE ROLE

The Business Intelligence Analyst's objective is to translate intricate market, operational, and blockchain data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and provide competitive advantages.

Role and Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive analytical models and dashboards to track trading performance across multiple asset classes and market segments
• Develop sophisticated data extraction and analysis approaches for blockchain networks and crypto ecosystems
• Conduct thorough market research, performance tracking, and competitive intelligence analysis
• Implement reporting frameworks that translate complex blockchain, operations, financial performance, and market data into clear, actionable insights
• Utilize predictive analytics to support strategic planning and risk management
• Collaborate with various teams to communicate analytical findings effectively
• Extract and analyze large datasets from diverse sources
• Identify market opportunities, risks, and operational efficiencies to support decision-making
• Establish and uphold data quality standards and governance protocols
• Create executive-level presentations and reports that provide clear insights from complex data

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
• 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, financial analytics, or trading-related roles
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Python, R, SQL, and Tableau, etc.)
• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading operations
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Extensive knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystems
• Experience with blockchain analytics platforms
• Familiarity with risk management and compliance considerations
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / G-Suite
