Business Operations Lead

We are seeking a Business Operations Lead to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in enhancing the operational efficiency of Blockchain.com globally. In this multifaceted role, you will collaborate across various functions within the company, fostering relationships with stakeholders and driving initiatives that directly impact business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the SVP, Business Operations, and establish robust relationships with teams and management at all levels.
- Manage partnerships with regional financial institutions, overseeing partnership processes and fostering collaborations with banks worldwide.
- Work closely with executive, product, finance, compliance, and legal teams to implement efficiency-driven initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional projects to integrate regional operational requirements with global shared services functions seamlessly.
- Support the execution of regulatory and licensing initiatives on a global scale.
- Assist in expanding regulated services entities and operations.
- Provide project management support for scaling new products from Minimum Viable Product (MVP) stage.
- Develop operational best practices standards and processes across different regions and implement them globally.
- Support cross-functional project management for corporate and business development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Interest in and understanding of both cryptocurrency and traditional financial industries.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proven track record in business process management consulting or operations roles within financial services or technology industries.
- Flexibility to work a full-time schedule coordinating with global stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and create actionable plans.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a leading management consulting or advisory services firm.
- Knowledge of Lean principles, Six Sigma, or business process management concepts.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL.
