We are in search of a Case Analyst to aid in our expansion into various global territories and provide assistance in engaging with law enforcement agencies.
Responsibilities
- Review and manage all types of global law enforcement inquiries
- Conduct blockchain tracing and initial investigations into suspicious activities
- Assist in pre-Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) filing mitigation measures and customer offboarding
- Partake in internal and external training programs on topics like Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT), and other relevant areas as part of routine duties
- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate knowledge exchange
- Perform general administration tasks and other related activities as necessary, in line with the company's business needs
Requirements
- 1-2 years of direct experience in a compliance or regulatory-facing role with substantial knowledge of relevant rules and regulations
- Proficiency in a language other than English
- Familiarity with local laws, directives, regulations, and virtual currency policies
- Understanding of blockchain analytics, whether through existing tools or manual tracking using relevant block explorers
- Strong analytical skills, methodical approach, and logical thinking
- Capacity for teamwork
