Central PMO- Operations & Strategy

Responsibilities

• Successfully lead special projects by managing task forces and ensuring high impact and priority.
• Collaborate with HR and internal teams to enhance organizational design and streamline internal processes to support continuous growth.
• Spearhead half-yearly and annual strategic planning sessions in conjunction with cross-functional teams to establish unified goals.
• Maintain an efficient management framework to drive accountability and facilitate informed decision-making in partnership with Finance and Analytics departments.
• Work closely with Data Analytics teams to understand the business deeply, derive strategic insights, and create growth-oriented action plans.
• Develop comprehensive reports for senior management to provide an overview of company performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in roles related to finance, strategy, consulting, or investment banking.
• Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders of varying levels.
• Proficiency in project and change management.
• Prior experience in team leadership, talent development, and employing advanced Excel (Google Sheets) modeling.
• Familiarity with financial and blockchain trading business would be advantageous.
• Possess an MBA, BA, or BS from a reputable university.
