We are looking for a talented and motivated Internal Tools Developer to join our team. The primary task is to create and maintain internal business applications using the Retool platform. The ideal candidate should have programming skills for Retool, be proficient in SQL, and effectively utilize JavaScript capabilities in their development work.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain internal applications on the Retool platform.
Create and optimize SQL queries in PostgreSQL.
Write JavaScript scripts to add logic and interact with Retool components.
Integrate Retool with external APIs and systems.

We seek an experienced DevOps Team Lead to manage and elevate our growing DevOps team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive background in Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD pipelines, and will excel in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & People Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a remote team of DevOps engineers; foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Kubernetes Management: Setup and migrate our own Kubernetes (K8s) infrastructure, ensuring scalable, reliable operations.

Database Management: Oversee the administration and optimization of Redis, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and RabbitMQ setups.
OpenSearch Management: Implement and manage OpenSearch configurations for data needs
Requirements:
Proven experience in leading a DevOps team, focusing on remote team management.
Strong expertise in Kubernetes (K8s) and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab, and CI/CD practices.
Extensive experience with bare-metal servers and high-load system management.

Requirements:
5 years of experience with Python 3, Fastapi, PostgreSQL, Redis 6, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, and Alembic.
Good knowledge of algorithms and data structures.

Understanding of microservices architecture design principles and experience in its implementation.

As a Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in improving user onboarding and activation processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that enhance the user experience and drive engagement.
Responsibilities:
Use data to help the product owner continuously improve our services. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize user journeys and improve conversion rates.
Conduct A/B testing and experiments to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of changes.
Create and maintain informative reports and dashboards to speed up decision-making processes.
Oversee the data collection and delivery process. While you won't need to write ETL processes yourself, you must be able to understand data sources and effectively communicate tasks to Data Engineers.
Requirements:
You have at least 3 years of experience in product analytics and know how to decompose any metric and suggest ways to influence it.
Experience in conducting A/B tests and analyzing experimental data.
You are proficient in SQL, capable of writing complex queries.
You have worked with analytical databases (ClickHouse, Vertica, etc.) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, SuperSet, etc.).
You have experience writing Python scripts for data processing.
It would be great if you have experience with Apache Airflow.
You have English language skills at a B2 level or higher.
Russian language proficiency.
