SEO Specialist

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join LeadWave Group, a growing startup in the SEO & affiliate space.
Our team is already working on our first product, and we need someone to help organize workflows, tasks, and team communication.
Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage task boards (Trello/ClickUp) and monitor progress
🔹 Assign tasks to SEO, designers, researchers, copywriters
🔹 Help the founder plan weekly/monthly sprints
🔹 Track deadlines and team priorities
🔹 Coordinate communication via Discord/Telegram
🔹 Maintain documentation and workflows in Notion
Format:
🔸 Remote
🔸 Part-time (5–10 hrs/week)
🔸 Initially unpaid (pre-revenue), with transition to paid/fixed/percentage model
🔸 Flexible hours, informal startup environment
🔸 Opportunity to grow into a full Product Manager role
Requirements:
Experience in coordinating small teams or organizing workflows
Familiar with Trello, Notion, ClickUp, or similar tools
Strong communication and self-management skills
Bonus: basic understanding of SEO/digital projects
English: able to read and write messages
