The role of Chief Information Security Officer within a key product line involves developing and executing a comprehensive information security strategy. Reporting to the Global Chief Security Officer, this position ensures adherence to international standards and regulatory requirements for IT governance and security risk management systems.

Responsibilities

• Expertise in Defi security, including blockchain, smart contracts, wallet security, and random number generation.
• Implement IT Security Risk Management procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on Security Risk Framework.
• Work within the three lines of defense model to safeguard funds, data, and systems.
• Fulfill security obligations in governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Support internal and external audits related to Technology and Security.
• Manage cyber threats, vulnerability tests, and penetration tests.
• Assess IT security risks for new projects and third-party integrations.
• Ensure alignment of third-party integrations with security standards and SLAs.
• Handle security incident management and report promptly to senior management and other teams.
• Maintain alignment with regulatory compliance obligations and international standards.

Requirements

• Background in cybersecurity within an international firm in a regulatory context.
• Strong senior management and cybersecurity experience.
• Active participation and contribution to the security community.
• Experience in multicultural, fast-paced global environments.
• 10+ years in security and technology compliance in a global setting.
• Degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Leadership capabilities, excellent communication, and listening skills.
• Hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations management.
• Knowledge of international data privacy and information security frameworks.
• Familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity & Privacy Framework, ISO standards, and other related protocols.
• Passion for collaboration, team success, and up-to-date cyber trends.
