About the Team
Our team at DMT Labs specializes in developing infrastructure and products in the Web3 sphere. We have a successful track record with six launched products across three projects: DeXe, 111pg, and Kattana.
We're always on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team and help us grow. Currently, we are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to be part of the DeXe project.
DeXe DAO Studio
DeXe DAO Studio is a cutting-edge platform designed for the convenient creation and management of decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs). It eliminates the need for coding and the use of a complex array of solutions, making building and interacting with DAOs accessible to a wider audience. This web application, built on the DeXe Protocol smart contract library, offers unique features such as decentralized treasury management, on-chain and off-chain governance systems, an integrated discussion environment, a user notification system, and in-depth analytics based on proprietary data. DeXe supports flexible management through various voting systems, supports both FT and NFT and enables the creation of fractal, multi-level organizational structures within DAOs, expanding its applicability and potential for further expansion into Web2.
Role Overview:
As the Chief Marketing Officer at DeXe, you will play a pivotal role in steering business growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, your mission will be to craft and implement a marketing strategy that drives brand awareness and user acquisition. We are looking for a creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of marketing experience in Web3, DAO, cryptocurrency, blockchain, and DeFi projects/products with deep knowledge of current trends and successful market and native tactics.
- Proven experience and understanding of how to maximize sales, market reach, and community growth through social media platforms.
- Strong Web3 copywriting experience (posts, ads, sales collaterals, press, long-form articles).
- Experience organizing and leading AMAs.
- Proven success in designing and executing co-marketing strategies with partners.
- Solid experience in using, analyzing, and drawing conclusions with marketing analytics/KPIs.
- Experience using software and/or AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to distill complex concepts into clear and compelling messages.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- English: Advanced.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of marketing, social media, and PR strategies that maximize lead generation and expand brand awareness. Drive efforts to enhance DeXe's positioning by crafting compelling narratives that highlight our unique value proposition in the market.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and insights, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation. Suggest optimization of spend, messaging, and channels based on the insights.
- Content Creation: Oversee the production of engaging and educational content across various channels, including the website, blog, social media. Lead the development of technical documentation, and user guides. Ensure content is optimized for SEO.
- Community Engagement: Foster an active and vibrant community around our product and services by engaging regularly with our users, partners, community members through forums, social media, chat platforms, and community events.
- Partnerships and Co-Campaigns: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to expand DeXe’s reach and influence. Manage co-marketing campaigns with partners and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to amplify our message, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Social Media Management: Maintain an active presence for DeXe on social media platforms, keep the audience updated with the latest developments, announcements, and news related to the product. Oversee advertising campaigns, ensuring they are innovative and impactful.
- Web3 Event Management: Organize and prepare for participation in DeXe’s online and offline events, podcasts, and webinars. Increase the value of attending Web3 conferences through speaking opportunities.
- Analytics and Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign performance, optimize strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing marketing team dedicated to operational excellence. Collaborate closely with product development, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
