The Opportunity:
CoinList is looking for a Chief of Staff to provide support to the Executive Team in managing day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate must be a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Define clear hypotheses and create business cases to address complex strategic issues and guide the leadership team's decision-making process.

- Collaborate with different departments to improve and streamline business operations, including optimizing workflows, designing SOPs, and identifying other operational needs.

- Utilize Coda to develop tracking mechanisms, forms, workflows, and informational materials.
- Maintain professional communication with fellow CEOs, founders, board members, and industry leaders.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the CEO and senior leadership team.
Requirements:
