The Opportunity:

CoinList is looking for a Chief of Staff to provide support to the Executive Team in managing day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate must be a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills. They must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Define clear hypotheses and create business cases to address complex strategic issues and guide the leadership team's decision-making process.
• Lead and oversee cross-functional initiatives with strategic importance to achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with different departments to improve and streamline business operations, including optimizing workflows, designing SOPs, and identifying other operational needs.
• Assist department heads in optimizing their teams' workflows, creating SOPs, and addressing operational requirements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
• Monitor key performance drivers of the company, identify trends, areas for improvement, and actively participate in implementing necessary changes.
• Lead the planning, management, and execution of the company's Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and facilitate quarterly recap meetings.
• Act as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, bridging communication between the CEO and other leadership members.
• Utilize Coda to develop tracking mechanisms, forms, workflows, and informational materials.
• Maintain professional communication with fellow CEOs, founders, board members, and industry leaders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the CEO and senior leadership team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing business operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work within fast-paced environments and meet deadlines.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail, proactive mindset, and excellent organization.
• Self-motivated, critical thinker capable of working independently and within a distributed team environment.
• Possess intuition, high ethical standards, and the confidence to question and challenge.
• Previous experience in tech, startups, consulting, or banking.

US Salary Range: $155,000 - $185,000 USD (plus equity)
