**Role **
We are looking for a motivated Chief of Staff to collaborate with our team in Berlin. As a key member of the management team and a close partner to the CEO, you will be involved in pivotal decision-making processes and proactive involvement in crucial strategic projects, internal organization optimization, and overseeing financial and administrative undertakings at deeploi. Your responsibilities include:
- Developing the long-term corporate strategy and aligning departments through OKRs
- Managing finances to ensure smooth financial operations, including planning and investor relations
- Overseeing overall business administration, handling people operations, legal compliance, and general business functions
This role will establish the groundwork for the company's future success.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in top consulting firms or management roles within competitive startup environments. You should be capable of structuring complex processes, stabilizing operations, and managing rapid growth phases.
- Proactive and hands-on approach to both strategic and operational tasks, particularly in the initial stages
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders and translate between diverse departments
- Demonstrated trustworthiness, integrity, strong analytical capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in English and German with outstanding communication skills
