Responsibilities
- Conduct daily reconciliation of deposit and withdrawal funds in accordance with online banking records.
- Track and process the status of deposit and withdrawal transactions.
- Collaborate with customer service to resolve funding-related issues.
- Manage adjustments and processing for incorrect customer currency deposits.
- Support market distribution activities and other relevant processes.
- Gather and organize daily system operational data.
- Coordinate new channel connectivity and related tasks before launch.
- Address additional system-related funding and cash management tasks.
- Prepare short-term cash forecasts and oversee daily cash management within Group structures.
- Assist in managing intercompany loans, settlements, and interest accruals.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new bank accounts and administer online banking systems.
- Work with Treasury Managers on implementing payment products and Treasury Management System.
- Maintain accurate transactional data in the Accounting and Treasury Management System.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, with fluency in English and Japanese for stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related fields.
- Preferably, experience in trading markets, third-party payments, and settlements in commercial banking.
- Strong risk assessment skills and ability to identify potential risks.
- Proficiency in logical analysis, communication, and presentation.
- Demonstrated work ethic, innovation, resilience, accountability, and teamwork.
