Responsibilities

• Conduct daily reconciliations of deposit and withdrawal funds with online banking records.
• Track and process the status of system deposit and withdrawal transactions.
• Assist customers with funding issues through daily communication with customer service.
• Manage adjustment and processing of incorrect currency deposits from customers.
• Collaborate in the distribution and processing of market activities.
• Prepare and analyze daily system operation data records.
• Coordinate the setup and launch of new channels by handling all related tasks.
• Develop short-term cash forecasts and oversee daily cash management activities under Group liquidity structures.
• Support the management of intercompany loans/settlements and associated tasks.
• Manage the onboarding of new bank accounts, including administering online banking platforms and obtaining required bank signatories.
• Assist in implementing payment products and other treasury tools, working closely with Treasury Managers.
• Handle assigned duties to ensure smooth operation of the Treasury function.
• Maintain accurate transactional data and records within the Accounting and Treasury Management System.
• Prepare asset reconciliation reports and conduct daily post-trade settlement activities for crypto assets.
• Play a crucial role in managing cold wallet operations, including wallet creation, transaction approvals, and device security.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or relevant field.
• Preferably 5-10 years of experience in trading market, third-party payment, clearing, or settlement roles in commercial banks.
• Strong risk assessment and identification skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, innovative, and able to work well under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Familiarity with Internet finance and traditional financial services.
• Experience in team leadership, project coordination, and completion.
• Bilingual in English and Arabic to liaise with international partners and stakeholders.
• Must be based in Dubai.
