We are looking for a Client Servicing Agent to be part of the operations team at Flipster. The right candidate should have a strong interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies, along with a basic understanding of financial products and exchange services. Responsibilities include handling user enquiries related to account registration, KYC, promotions, events, wallets, assets, as well as managing escalations and following up with internal teams.
Responsibilities
Handling user enquiries on account-related matters, KYC, promotions, events, wallets, and assets.
Managing and escalating user enquiries internally to ensure efficient resolution.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Vietnamese and English for effective communication.
Previous experience in cryptocurrency exchanges.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a 24/7 trading environment.
Experience in financial trading, especially in cryptocurrency exchanges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
Enthusiasm for cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies.
Familiarity with Zendesk, Slack, and Sumsub platforms.
Experience in community management or support.
Background in high-growth startup or tech companies.

Web3 Investment Advisor - Panga Ventures
• Provide strategic investment advice on Web3 and DeFi opportunities
• Conduct due diligence on potential portfolio companies
• Support portfolio companies with strategic guidance and mentorship
• Share industry insights and market intelligence
• Assist with fundraising strategy and LP relations
• Evaluate tokenomics models and protocol economics
• Network development and deal sourcing
• Represent Panga Ventures at industry events
VIP Customer Relationship Officer (Remote)
Oversee the operation and VIP customer management
Responsible for transactions, new additions and asset accumulation data of major customers
Provide one-to-one services for high-level customers, and match services according to customer needs
Monitor the transaction data of VIP major customers, actively provide strategies and promote implementation
What you'll need
At least 1-2 years in VIP customer management
Preferable in exchange, Web3 industry major customer (VIP) operation experience
Proficient in Korean and English or Chinese can be used as business communication
Good in communication and responsive
