Role Overview:
We are looking for a Client Servicing Agent proficient in English to join our operations team. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies, along with a basic understanding of financial products and exchange services. This role involves handling user inquiries related to account registration, KYC procedures, promotions, events, wallets, assets, and addressing platform issues by collaborating with internal stakeholders. Additionally, responsibilities include managing community support across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling various user inquiries such as account registration, KYC procedures, promotions, events, wallets, and assets.
- Managing user inquiries escalation and follow-up internally.
- Providing community support across multiple channels.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English to communicate with stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a cryptocurrency exchange.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with experience working in a 24/7 trading environment.
- Knowledge of financial trading, especially in crypto exchanges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Genuine interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies.
- Familiarity with Zendesk, Slack, and Sumsub platforms.
- Experience in community management or support roles.
- Previous experience in a high-growth startup or tech company.
