Key Responsibilities
- Structure, draft, negotiate, and review various commercial contracts including vendor agreements, service agreements, licensing agreements, collaboration agreements, and consulting agreements.
- Offer legal counsel and support on contractual matters to different team members ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
