Description
Responsibilities:
- Grow and oversee local online and offline communities related to a leading cryptocurrency platform.
- Identify and utilize new community platforms to enhance local user base growth and visibility.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events and gatherings.
- Recruit and manage a team of community advocates and cultivate their relationships.
- Assist in the management of various social media accounts, with a primary focus on Twitter and Facebook.
- Collaborate closely with global social teams and other departments to enhance brand recognition and outreach efforts.
- Analyze and compile reports on social media metrics, community engagement, market trends, and feedback surveys.
Requirements:
- Possess a solid understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem.
- Demonstrated experience in organizing both online and offline events.
- Proficient in managing social media platforms.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in community and social media management.
- A proactive approach to tasks with a strong determination to achieve desired outcomes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data analytical skills.
- Willingness to adapt schedule to engage with the community whenever necessary.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
