Key Responsibilities

• Address queries and resolve issues from community members, offering support and assistance on behalf of the core team.
• Solicit feedback and suggestions from the community pertaining to products and initiatives, assisting in optimizing products accordingly.
• Oversee the user community on platforms like Telegram, Discord, and WeChat, establishing high-quality community groups through self-governance mechanisms and incentives.
• Plan and execute community initiatives such as airdrops and AMA sessions, monitoring their impact on user growth and engagement.

Desired Qualifications

• Prior experience in community management or a related field, possessing strong communication skills, public relations acumen, and ideally, community growth expertise.
• Passion for the cryptocurrency sector, with preferred knowledge of crypto and DAOs. A sharp learning curve is essential.
• Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive approach and the ability to absorb information swiftly.
• Exposure to crafting content for social media platforms and managing community events.
• Ability to adapt to flexible work hours and remote collaboration.
• Proficiency in bilingual English/Mandarin to liaise effectively with overseas partners, additional language proficiency is advantageous.
• Familiarity with blockchain ideology and the ability to educate new users is a bonus.
