Responsibilities:
Seeking a skilled senior analyst with Compliance data and systems expertise to spearhead the development of reporting and analytics capabilities for data-driven compliance initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to design and implement robust assets that support the Global Compliance Program objectives effectively. By ensuring data integrity, developing program insights, and refining compliance tools, you will facilitate informed decision-making for compliance officers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Compliance and Compliance Product teams to design dashboards and reports for AML, Sanctions, and KYC controls.
- Lead analytics efforts related to BSA/AML compliance controls, optimizing regulatory examinations and control mechanisms.
- Establish system performance metrics, drive a Testing and QA process, and maintain data accuracy consistently.
- Create self-service dashboards, statistical tools, and reports for data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate in documenting AML transaction monitoring rules, sanctions screening systems, and risk scoring models, ensuring data lineage transparency.
- Facilitate pre- and post-implementation testing of AML and sanctions models, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance automation, drive process efficiency, and elevate program maturity levels.
- Utilize advanced statistical techniques to analyze structured and unstructured data, offering insights into complex business challenges.
- Partner with Compliance Program and cross-functional teams to build a data and analytics roadmap aligning with program objectives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in data management and analytics within banking, consulting, or cryptocurrency sectors.
- Proficiency in data analysis programming languages such as Python, SQL, or R.
- Demonstrated collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams to improve compliance systems and processes.
- Experience in model documentation for compliance support.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic industry landscape, adapting swiftly to changing demands.
- Exposure to AML and sanctions software applications, like LexisNexis Bridger, and on-chain transaction monitoring solutions.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Apple MacOS preferred.
Additional Information:
- This position supports day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.
- Compensation range considers factors like experience, skill set, and organizational requirements.
- Base Pay Range: $145,000 - $192,500 with an Annual Bonus Target of 15% and Equity & Benefits package.
- Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), discretionary vacation policy, 10 days of paid sick leave per year, and 11 paid holidays annually in the U.S.
